4:55AM – 5:55AM – Monday through Friday: (NOTE: This is our Running Improvement Program (RIP).  This class focuses on improving running by conducting full body workouts M/W/F and T/Th classes are involve a significant amount of running.  This program is open to everyone).
6:00AM – 7:00AM – Monday – Friday
8:30AM – 9:30AM – Tuesday ,Thursday, & Friday
5:00PM – 6:00PM – Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
5:30PM – 6:30PM – Fridays
6:00PM – 7:00PM – Monday – Thursday

Hi, my name is Tom Kalka and am one of the instructors at the Sterling Indoor Studio.  I teach the 6AM class, the 5PM, and the 6PM classes.  In addition, I attend the 5AM class as a client.  I’ve been a boot camp instructor since 2000 and spent 6 years in the Army before that.  My goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals and more importantly, hold you accountable to them!
