If you ever thought your children should be more active, but didn’t know where to turn? Sarge Fitness has an answer. SargeKids Fitness is designed to provide serious results for athletic kids as well as the non athletic types. Similar to our signature service, Sarge Fitness boot camp, SargeKids will challenge your kids between the ages of 8 and 14. Body weight exercises, cardio and agility, as well as core conditioning will make them stronger, confident and ready to take on challenges they never before considered.
This program is perfect for kids of all shapes, sizes, and conditioning levels whether or not they are competitive by nature. And most importantly, they will find that every class is a blast!
SargeKids Fitness will customize a program based on the groups desires. Pre-season volleyball camp? Cross training before heading into Baseball season, we can do it. Our specialty is overall general fitness for the non-athletic types.
