Coming in Spring of 2015.

CFC will be offering a program that combines boot camp work outs with structured/supervised running program on alternating days!  The run workouts are focused on improving the ability of runners to get faster, run further and remain injury free.

Structure:

Boot Camp occurs weekdays:3 days/week and structured runs occur 2 days/week with weekends designed for longer runs or races!
