Are you a seasoned extreme sports athlete looking for the guidance to “take it to the next level”?
No matter what your athletic level – beginner or advanced – Custom Fitness Concepts boot camp will set you up for a successful event! Our boot camp encompasses many of the needed techniques to help you climb over a wall, or jump over a river bed, or even swim through icy waters!
Adventure races or Extreme Sports include:
- MMA (mixed martial arts)
- Kick boxing
- Ragnar relay
- Warrior Dash
- Tough Mudder
- Nothing additional needed. Just sign up for and show up for class. We will take care of the rest!
- Safety – We can help ensure you don’t hurt yourself by doing too much too soon
- Many of our trainers have direct experience competing in these type of events
- Get the support, instruction and discipline you need to succeed
