His experience involves the most important aspects of running a fitness business, including management, sales, marketing, customer service, personal training, and group exercise instruction. Tom feels strongly about creating a mutually beneficial relationship with everyone involved with CFC. This includes not only the clients, but the trainers working for, and the partners associated with, CFC as well. This relationship is the foundation of CFC’s success because everyone wins!

Chantel has been with CFC for 9 years and earned her Personal Training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2004, one of the most prestigious certifications in the fitness industry. Chantel also earned her BA in Business/Accounting from Hillsborough Community College and the University of Phoenix. Chantel’s love of fitness started in college and led her to a career in fitness because of her passion and drive to help others. Her own personal fitness achievements and enthusiasm stem from learning to make lifestyle changes with daily nutrition and exercise. This helped her not only to control and change her own weight permanently, but helps her relate well with others who struggle with their weight and food addictions.
Chantel started as a personal trainer for CFC and has successfully worked her way up through management by contributing to the development and growth of the company. She works to ensure that CFC provides exceptional customer service while managing our employees and clients with our accounting needs and to put it simply, to provide ‘Fitness for YOUR lifestyle.’
Chantel enjoys playing beach volleyball, fitness training, and creating healthy recipes for competition training while raising two beautiful children with her husband in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Favorite quote: “Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today.” (Thomas Jefferson)
Favorite exercise: running
Favorite cheat food: chocolate milk! (although now it is being touted as a great post-exercise drink so maybe she was just ahead of her time!)
Favorite fitness tip: Don’t skip a workout just because you are not motivated. You will never regret working out but will always regret not working out.
