We are eager to meet you and help you with your fitness goals. Our boot camp program is designed to be an everyday program. We want you to show up everyday and work your hardest. We will create the workouts so that you will feel it in different places each day.
We meet on the tennis courts of Bluemont Park in Arlington Virginia:

(on the Northern side of the park, just off Wilson Blvd.)
Our class schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00AM - 7:00AM year round! Many of our clients have been happy attendees for numerous years! However, we have our share of part time clients as well. We welcome everyone to come join us no matter what your fitness level might be.
If you live anywhere around Virginia Square, Clarendon, Courthouse, Ballston, Carlin Springs, Seven Corners, Falls Church, North Arlington, Cherrydale, Marymount, Roslyn, or Ft. Myer, this location should be convenient for you.
We have two trainers that rotate teaching this class.
Megan and Jim teach on alternating days and keep the workouts exciting, fresh and challenging.
A note from Megan: My name is Megan and I am an instructor at Bluemont Park in Arlington, VA. I enjoy participating in local charity runs, fun obstacle courses, and military-based strength training to stay active. Some of my hobbies include traveling, hiking, running, and eating at local restaurants.

Jim teaches two days per week and has completed numerous triathlons including the long course. Fitness is his passion and he looks forward to sharing that passion with you! Jim is married with two kids.
